Simply lie down comfortably, to receive the light language specifically for you in these sessions  Brought through in words, tones, ancient songs and chants.  Together with sound healing, through drumming, singing bowls and instruments.  

The session involves chakra balancing, which is working with the seven chakra points in your energy field.  The language sounds different for each chakra.  This is energy healing for harmonising. Specifically working with the solar plexus area.  Which works with your own empowerment, within your own divinity and grace remembering.  Remembering and reclaiming, in that these sessions are really just telling you what you already know.  Almost like instructions that you have put somewhere a long time ago, in order to find them at a later time when you were ready.  It like a tune-up if you will, as you are already everything.

Each session is different depending on the person. The aim is that you feel calmer, more empowered, and reassured in engaging more fully with your voice and speaking out. The Lemurian language is coded and carries frequencies.  Light language helps to awaken your own higher consciousness and activate DNA.  Hooking into the divine template of who you truly are.  

I very much enjoy these sessions with people, and seeing how their energy systems are much calmer afterwards.  As the Lemurian light language very much helps to calm and rebalance the nervous system.  And very much needed at this time of great transformation!
